Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of use. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Because Japanese selvedge denim naturally develops unique fading patterns with wear, any product that has been worn or altered cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, customization, or final sale reasons. These may include gift cards, final sale items, limited-edition releases marked as non-returnable, customized or hemmed garments, and any item that has been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

If a product is identified as a final sale item on the product page, it is not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team before sending your package. Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning valuable items. ONIDenim.org cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Refunds

Refunds include the purchase price of the eligible item. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or wish to exchange an item for another product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.

International Orders
